Privacy Policy
How Beechwood Handymen handles information provided through this website and related communications.
Beechwood Handymen respects the privacy of customers and website visitors. This policy describes the information we may receive, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you choose to provide
When you call, email, or use a website request form, you may provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, project location, project description, preferred timing, photos, and other details needed to understand or respond to your request.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and estimate requests.
- Evaluate, schedule, document, and perform requested services.
- Communicate about a project, estimate, invoice, or related customer-service matter.
- Maintain business records and protect the security and operation of the website and business.
- Comply with applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Website forms and connected services
When you submit the Request an Estimate form, the information you provide is processed through WordPress and Gravity Forms, stored on the website server, and sent to Beechwood Handymen by email. Selected contact, project, and consent information is also sent to HubSpot to create or update a customer record and support follow-up. Uploaded project photos are not sent to HubSpot or QuickBooks. We may manually copy submitted photos and related project information into our private Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint business records.
Email and SMS choices
Email and text-message marketing consent is optional and is not required to request an estimate or purchase services. You may withdraw marketing consent as described in our Email Marketing Policy & Terms and SMS Terms & Conditions. Service-related communications about an inquiry, estimate, or active project may still be sent when reasonably necessary.
Website operation and cookies
WordPress, the website host, security tools, Gravity Forms, HubSpot, and other service providers may process technical information needed to operate, protect, and understand use of the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, page activity, timestamps, request records, and cookies. Browser settings may allow you to limit or remove cookies, although doing so may affect website features.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, forms, email, customer management, file storage, business administration, or customer service, including Gravity Forms, HubSpot, and Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint. Information may also be shared with parties you direct us to involve or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, or property.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no email, website, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about information you previously provided, request a correction, or ask that information be deleted, subject to records we may need to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
