About the SMS program

When you separately opt in, Beechwood Handymen may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include project inquiries, scheduling or service updates, helpful reminders, and occasional marketing or promotional information.

Consent and eligibility

SMS participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and consent to receive recurring automated text messages from or on behalf of Beechwood Handymen at that number.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, project activity, and marketing schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.

How to opt out

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message. We will also honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate that you no longer want marketing texts. After an opt-out request, you may receive one non-promotional confirmation message. Requests will be honored within a reasonable time and no later than required by applicable law.

Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent you from contacting us directly about an active project or requesting service communications through another channel.

Delivery and availability

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed. Beechwood Handymen may change or discontinue the SMS program at any time.

We use information provided through this program as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information collected for this program is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our messaging practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after an update is subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
